At Loop-Breakit, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your product, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items are returned with the product

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Loop-Breakit reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

4. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Loop-Breakit is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our support team.
